Interspace Industries CDV is a timing to video system allowing the timing signal from the CDTouch (via XLR) to output to an HMDI video signal. CDV is powered from the CDTouch (Controller). Interspace Industries CDV – CountDown Video is exactly what it says. CDV uses a common small board micro-computer, the Raspberry Pi, to do the hard work of a HDMI driver. Along with some very clever software and some hardware, the CDV provides a solution to convert the output from a CD Touch or Filibuster to a video signal. Using just the connection from the DC controller, we provide a HDMI output so that you can apply this to a video mix or directly to a monitor of any physical size. The al Ethernet connection allows use over Etherernet and use with other timing systems. A background can be uploaded via a USB stick to the unit, to allow a corporate and/or personalised look to the display.
